Until now, you may have seen Apple Cider Vinegar in your pantry and thought its uses only went as far as playing a small role in a recipe here and there.. But little did you know, this wonderful product has been used as a healing elixir since 400 B.C!!! You can quote me on that! Apple Cider Vinegar was used by the father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, for many things. It’s been used all throughout history, and still today! I have listed below the many ways you can incorporate ACV in your life. Not all apple cider vinegar brands are created equal! Make sure to always purchase Organic Braggs ACV with “The Mother,” which is the dark, cloudy substance you see floating around in the bottle. It’s presence shows that the best part of the apple was not destroyed via heat or filtration.
